Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Final sale items, discounted items, and promotional items are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email info@dahtcrew.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will provide return instructions if approved

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
